$15 CD-ROM The MPF Proceedings is an excellent way to review all the educational materials presented at the 2011 MPF Convention. With over 40 speakers in nearly a dozen workshops, there is much to learn from each and every presentation; however time contraints at the convention mean you may not get to see many of the presentations in person. The MPF Proceedings solves this problem by offering you all the presentations in one place - a great take-home piece to refer back to long after the convention ends! The MPF Proceedings is available on CD-ROM only and you can preregister for your copy online at www.midwestpoultry.com beginning December 15 or by faxing/mailing the Attendee Preregistration Form (also available December 15). Please note: The Proceedings will be available for pick-up onsite at the Registration Desk.
