Registration
Preregistration for the 2010 MPF Convention is now closed. Registration will ONLY be available onsite at the convention on these dates/time: · Tuesday, March 16: 10:00 a.m. – 4:30 p.m. · Wednesday, March 17: 7:30 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. · Thursday, March 18: 7:00 a.m. – 1:00 p.m.
The following registration fees apply onsite:
· Allied Individual (non-exhibiting) - $150 · Producer/Processor - $30 · Government/University/Poultry Organization - $30 · University Student – Complimentary (must provide name of University sponsor and/or may be subject to deposit(s) at Registration) · Spouses & Children under 18 accompany paid registrant - Complimentary
If you have preregistered for the convention, you may pick up your name badge (along with any Proceedings and/or Fellowship Breakfast tickets you may have pre-ordered) onsite at the Registration Area. (Name badges will not be mailed to you.) REGISTRATION POLICIES · Payments accepted onsite: o Cash o Checks (personal, business, and money orders) must be payable in U.S. funds and drawn on a U.S. bank. o Credit Card - VISA and MasterCard · No refunds or exchanges for no-shows or for those who cancel their registration after February 26, 2010. · Fellowship Breakfast tickets and Proceedings are not included in registration price. You may purchase tickets and Proceedings separately onsite. · Separate registration fee applies to attend the USDA-ARS/MPF Turkey Breeder Symposium. · MPF does not take registrations for the North Central Avian Disease Conference. CODE OF CONDUCT · In the interest of ensuring everyone a safe and fun convention, all attendees of the 2010 MPF Convention are expected to adhere to the following Code of Conduct: · Only individuals who are registered and have an official badge may attend convention events. Badges are non-transferrable. · Photo, video and audio recording of exhibit booths or products displayed in the Exhibit Hall is prohibited without advanced approval of authorized exhibiting company personnel and Midwest Poultry Federation. · Please be respectful of all convention participants and all property belonging to the Saint Paul RiverCentre, GES Exposition Services, Midwest Poultry Federation and/or exhibiting companies. · When attending the workshops/presentations, please keep conversations/volume to a minimum and make sure your cell phone is turned to silent/vibrate mode out of courtesy to the presenters.
MPF reserves the right to deny access to the convention at its discretion. RiverCentre, in consultation with MPF, reserves the right to remove persons from the facility at its discretion.
