ALL MPF hotel blocks (Crowne Plaza, Holiday Inn, HIlton Garden Inn and Saint Paul Hotel) are currently sold out. The Embassy Suites is also currently sold out.

MPF strongly advises you to find a back-up option. Overflow Hotel Options available.

CANCELLATIONS: Must be made within 72 hours of your arrival date to avoid a cancellation fee of one night’s room stay plus tax. (Hotel phone numbers listed below.)

Attendees/Exhibitors with current reservations at one of the MPF-designated hotels: Any changes must go through the hotel(s) directly after February 22. (Phone numbers listed below.)

If you are looking for a hotel room and/or staying in a hotel that is not on the MPF hotel shuttle route, please be advised to call one of the MPF hotels (below) beginning March 12, 13 or 14 to inquire about availability. Cancellations will typically happen the weekend before the convention.

Because we are past the housing deadline of February 1, MPF’s special room rates are no longer available.

CHANGES/CANCELLATION POLICY

· All changes and cancellations through February 15, 2010 must be made directly through the St. Paul Housing Bureau or MPF. This can be done by email, phone or fax. Beginning February 22, 2010, all changes and cancellations must go directly through the hotels.

· Room reservations cancelled less than 72 hours prior to arrival date will be charged one night’s room rate + tax on credit card provided. For reservations cancelled up to 72 hours prior to arrival date, there is no penalty.

· Failure to arrive on your confirmed arrival date will result in forfeiture of first night’s room charge plus tax and loss of your room for the entire stay.

RESERVATION ACKNOWLEDGEMENTS

· Reservation acknowledgements will be sent to you directly from the St. Paul Housing Bureau via email or fax.

· Your acknowledgement number from the St. Paul Housing Bureau will not match the hotel’s confirmation number for your reservation. The hotels will send/email separate confirmation numbers to you in March.

· If you do not receive an acknowledgement immediately after making your reservation online, please check your spam and/or junk email folders. If you still can’t find it, email the St. Paul Housing Bureau at info@visitsaintpaul.com as soon as possible.

· If you do not receive an acknowledgement within 3 business days of book your room by fax, please contact the St. Paul Housing Bureau at info@visitsaintpaul.com or call 651/265-4900 (please mention Midwest Poultry when calling).
